After moving to Texas, I discovered K9 Workingmind while looking to continue trieball training with my dog, Jax. My first session with Laura opened my eyes to how much I’d been managing behaviors rather than truly communicating. Once I learned how to better understand and speak dog, our bond deepened, and we continue to explore new ways to work together. With experience as a vet tech, shelter worker, dog walker, and wedding pet attendant, I love seeing people learn to understand and speak dog—not just to deepen their connection, but to enjoy the journey together. At K9 Workingmind, I’ve seen how clear communication transforms relationships, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
